ServiceFactor August 4 2026 Release

QuickBooks sync fixes

  • Fixed the "Server Denies Request" error some of you hit when posting invoices to QuickBooks.
  • Fixed a timeout error affecting QuickBooks Online sync and a credit memo sync issue on QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Refunds synced to QuickBooks Online now include reference details, so they are easier to trace.

Other improvements and fixes

  • The new ServiceFactor Knowledge Base is live and accessible directly in the app, no separate login needed.

  • Payment link text messages no longer land in spam folders.
  • Accepting a quote in the office now warns you when the customer is on Credit Hold.
  • Purchase order screen now explain why Service Items do not appear.
  • Bill Pay invoice emails have a cleaner, simpler layout.
  • Mobile: technicians can now undo a cash payment entered by mistake, the iOS app no longer gets stuck loading without signal, Android no longer reverts a manually selected tax rate during background sync, and equipment and item details now always load.
  • Fixed several customer-reported issues, including equipment display on the Replace tab, incorrect inventory quantities, item links disappearing, work order form printing.
